3 Reasons to Take the ThingLink VR Challenge This Summer

The ThingLink Summer VR Challenge for coaches, teachers and students will provide opportunities for participants at all levels to work together to explore and create interactive 360/VR activities for teaching and learning. This challenge is free, self-paced and designed to help teachers successfully embrace the powerful possibilities of the 360/VR Editor. We invite educators from across the globe to participate! Here are 3 reasons to take the ThingLink Summer VR Challenge.

Gain Early Access to the 360/VR Tag Editing Tool

We will provide participants with access to the VR tagging tool along with a series of fun and self-paced activities to teach you how to create these immersive learning experiences. The 5-week challenge will provide educators with the guidance and support you need to create your own interactive, narrated lessons by tagging images of gardens, cities and interesting places near and far.

Use Our Collection of 360/VR Panoramic Images to Create Your Own VR Lessons

Throughout the 5 week challenge, we will provide participants with use of our collection of breathtaking 360 panoramic images to help you create and share engaging 360/VR lessons for use on an iPad or with on an iPhone with a VR headset.

Build Your Professional Learning Network

We will be learning together throughout the summer as we create and share 360/VR lessons. Connect with educators across the globe and embrace the opportunity to exchange ideas. Get inspired and bring the 4c’s to your classroom.

Support will be provided for coaches and leaders who would like to implement their own ThingLink VR Challenge in your school or district, over the summer or in the fall.
