Learn to Create Interactive Virtual Reality Content This Summer!

We’re moving full steam ahead this summer by offering some incredible professional development opportunities for educators interested in learning to create interactive virtual reality content with 360 images. We hope you will join us in this summer of learning. Connect with educators across the globe through our online ThingLink Teacher Summer Challenge or work with us in person during one of our VR in Education Bootcamps! We hope you will join us!

ThingLink Teacher Summer Challenge

We invite you to learn and connect with educators from locations across the globe in the 4th Annual ThingLink Teacher Summer Challenge. This event kicks off on Friday, June 23, 2017. We will begin with an introduction, tour, and mini-task. On Monday we will begin the Week 1 Activity: Vocabulary Across All Languages!

Join the ThingLink Teacher Summer Challenge!

This self-paced professional development is designed to provide educators with the tools and support needed to learn to create and share interactive virtual reality content. Then you can put your skills to work with your students throughout the entire school year. A *ThingLink Premium Teacher account is required to learn to use our 360 image editor. We are offering educators a full year subscription for 1 teacher plus your students for only $25!

The challenge will meet the needs of educators looking to embrace Virtual Reality in Education without investing a lot of money in equipment or canned software. ThingLink interactive 360 images can be designed, explored and shared on your existing devices. But of course, the skills and knowledge you acquire in learning to build these stunning learning experiences this summer will come in handy when you start to acquire VR headsets and phones or iPod touches to put inside of them.
